Great service, came same day when furnace was out. Diagnosed quickly. I do think that charging someone $325.00 up front before they will even say when they can come, is too much.
They wanted a $295.00 + tax diagnostic fee, payable in advance. Apparently they've been stung before so they make new customers suffer for the non-payment of a few bad ones. I told them how I felt with no results. I used instead someone whose service fee was $115.00 plus tax and payable with an online option after the service. SMHC FYI
