Their ACH payment system had a glitch and stopped withdrawing from people's accounts. Rather than do their homework to try and figure out who paid when, they put the burden on the homeowners to collect bank statements for proof of payment going several years back. If the homeowner is unable to get bank statements from so long ago, RH1 Management is trying to collect the money again and double dip without knowing for sure if the homeowner paid or not.
