Had a great experience with RH Tulsa. Victoria(our RH designer) was incredibly helpful and made the whole process fast and easy. Her guidance saved so much time, and everything came together seamlessly. Will definitely be going back to shop more.
We had RH design and furnish all the furniture in our new house. I am BEYOND impressed with their level of customer service. Victoria designed and Michelle has helped a ton post move in. If something comes scratched or defected, they make it SO EASY to replace the item. I’ve heard HORROR stories about the customer service at Arhaus so it’s so refreshing to see the fine folks at RH do what they do! I can’t recommend them enough. If you want quality and 11/10 customer service, go with RH.
Jessica went above and beyond to help me procure a missing part for my Restoration Hardware mirror. She followed up with me multiple times, kept me abreast of her progress and ultimately resolved my problem quickly and efficiently. My experience was positive from start to finish; thank you Jessica!
