In general we had a good experience, but for one of the pieces (cloud glider) their measurements online were completely wrong so we wasted a lot of time having it shipped, measuring it, realizing RH's error, having to coordinate a return that took forever to schedule. We weren't offered any compensation for their mistake. Also I've unsubscribed from their spam emails 12 times now and they just keep sending them everyday. I love this RH. It was incredibly easy to set up an appointment with an interior designer, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. I brought in a blueprint of my home with exact measurements, and the designer created a life size layout to help me visualize everything. Being able to customize every piece and see material samples in person made the process so much easier. Furniture delivery was quick, and the space is pet friendly, which I appreciate. Terrible experience and subpar quality – Avoid this gallery "I had an absolutely appalling experience at this location. What was meant to be a pleasant visit turned into a deeply upsetting situation due to the manager, Sara. She was incredibly rude to my children while they were on the terrace, showing a complete lack of professionalism and basic courtesy.
