I had some interior damage in my rental property. Ryan quoted me a price, it was reasonable, and I accepted the quote. He started the job on time, finish the job on time, and even touched up a few small things that were out of the scope. Identified a few other issues while on site. I asked him to quote me to repair them as well. Even though They were not urgent repairs given the pricing.
