I visited the store and was approached by a young lady who was both friendly and professional in assisting me. While we were conversing, an older white woman, who appeared to be the manager, abruptly interrupted us. She rudely asked the young lady, in a loud and inappropriate manner, whether we were purchasing anything, and she did so right in front of us. This behavior was both discriminatory and disrespectful.
