The place looks like a gutted, empty warehouse, unintentionally, reminding me of one of those scam offices that pops-up real quick as a front. My impression was compounded by the wildly mispriced furniture. A bonded leather L-shaped couch in the front with a $24,000 price tag, "slashed" to $9,500 feels like a social experiment type joke.
I’ve been in the outlet a half dozen times in the past 18 months. The employees huddle at the central counter chatting. It’s difficult to capture their attention-but once you do they are quite helpful. The discounts aren’t anything fabulous -especially considering most of the merchandise is damaged. You are better off buying new and joining RH for that discount. Occasionally they feature close out items which are priced attractively (and sell fast!).
