We had a great experience at RH Outlet. Ryan was so helpful. He made sure the furniture we selected was wrapped and ready for our pick up. His expertise with design was so helpful. We liked that he was proud to work at RH and it showed. The items we selected were actually priced well and we bought them during their spend $500 get $100 off sale.
The place looks like a gutted, empty warehouse, unintentionally, reminding me of one of those scam offices that pops-up real quick as a front. My impression was compounded by the wildly mispriced furniture. A bonded leather L-shaped couch in the front with a $24,000 price tag, "slashed" to $9,500 feels like a social experiment type joke.
