I recently purchased a small bookcase from this furniture shop and had a great experience. The store has a nice selection of modern and classic designs. The staff was welcoming and helped me find a piece that fits perfectly in my room. Prices were reasonable and the checkout process was quick. Delivery was on time and the item arrived in perfect condition.

RH Outlet Bellevue Customer Service Is Damaging RH Brand. Visited this store to purchase a 2-door sideboard on Jan 25th 2025, but the experience was very disappointing. The cabinet was covered with thick white dust in 2 areas. When I asked the salesperson if it could be wiped down so that I can know if anything is damage behind the thick white dust, she spent over a minute explaining that she “didn’t have time,” even though it would have taken only seconds (literally 5 seconds is sufficient). Will never be purchasing from RH/RH outlet outside of this collection after the condescending interaction with the store manager Genevieve, who knows no customer service and is so condescending she’s turned us completely away from this company. Side note, Ryan at the Portland store is a gem and what store relations are built upon, maybe Genevieve could learn a thing or two from him. Drive down to Portland and skip this store.
