I am sadly writing this horrible review , I had been looking for a low mileage Ferrari 458 Spider and found a great one at R&H Motor Car Group 6441 Davis Industrial Parkway, Solon, OH 44139 Phone: (440) 914-0000 My contract there was Larry Woo, it was early March, we arrived at a price and sight unseen I wired him payment in full. Went to buy a 1977 Eldorado for a oral agreed price with $500 down and when my friend went to pick it up they wanted over a thousand dollars more and did not detail the car as promised. Even yet they never put a set of new tires on the car as promised, because it had the original tires and two of the tires would not hold air. We were going to trailer it home, but after no tires and asking way more money, we backed out of the deal to purchase the car even though we liked it. Scam scam scam scam scam. This entire 'business' is a scam. It's no wonder that their only good reviews are fake and from over 5 years ago.
They take your $ and then disappear no matter how damaged, dysfunctional, or awful the condition your car arrives in. Larry Woo is a con man plain and simple. And his coworker Gary is a snake oil salesman with a big mouth and no spine.
I really don't know what more I can say about this place other than never go there, never call there, and never EVER buy a car from there. They are scam artists. Bait and switch all around and they don't even answer their own phones. What a bunch of crooks.
TERRIBLE! Everyone there is a liar and a cheat. I don't know how they aren't shut down at this point. What a shame. They steal from people. Outright!
The absolute worst. The 'customer service' consists of a bunch of middle aged cry babies who will yell at you if you ask them questions. They don't return phone calls. Their cars are garbage. The WORST place to buy a car. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
