Management withholds prompt/relevant contact information, does not reply during the water/electricity crisis in Houston, leaves items to be fixed in apartment units for weeks, waits to address lease renewal until 30 days before expiration, and then defers to a contract requirement of 60 day notice when I found a better alternative. They repeatedly ignored the question, Why wait to address the lease renewal until 30 days before then? The service is not competitive and the treatment of tenant/contract holders is disingenuous.

I think i had gotten overly excited about 2 things. 1 how big the apartment is and 2 that they had given my family a chance & we was so happy to get out our current housing situation. Let me tell you how it has been so far over the 2 years i been with them. All my family loves the size of the apartment but i am questioning if it was worth it. Where do I even begin with these people. NEVER rent from them. My experience as a tenant have been absolutely frustrating at best. They'll remember your number if you call too many times and use that to ignore your calls. They refuse to do routine maintenance. For a large portion of this winter, they wouldn't turn on the heat in my building. It was so bad at one point that there was ice on the stairs! I fell down half a flight of steps because of this.
