My A/C went out late Friday so was unable to get anyone until Monday AM. Fred took my call, understood I had two aging dogs in the house that was cooking at 86 degrees, and was able to make a quick stop to service my A/C. He was quick, efficient and very honest about his recommendations on my A/C since it was installed in 2002. He was quickly able to replace the capacitor and able to get the air working within 15 minutes at a very reasonable price. Myself and my dogs are very grateful for Fred to fit us in so quickly. Awesome experience start to finish. Very friendly, professional and helpful, while even getting me a new furnace and heat pump within a couple of days. I asked about some additional features and appreciated that they were very honest and upfront and they didn't try to upsell me. Would happily recommend them to anyone.
Had Mike out this morning to repair our central air that went out yesterday. Not only are we grateful of the prompt service before the next heat wave, we are glad he was able to diagnose and fix the problem immediately. We will not hesitate to use them again for future needs.
