Henry and his team were great to work with!! We received a fair price for my Father’s home. By selling to Henry we were able to cut out the realtor and contractor fees. After we crunched the numbers, we realized we were not going to make much more by selling the traditional route. The process was easy and the Title Company took care of all the paperwork. My personal experience with this company is a pleasant one! I personally dealt with Henry, who made the whole process easier for me! The sale process was pretty simple and he was a prince as far as doing whatever he could to assist in any way possible to make such a difficult thing easier! He even takes it a bit further, by this I am saying that he has cared enough to just check on me to see how I am doing. Sometimes, that alone is appreciated more than anything!
