Rich and his crew at RHBCD took over a full gut renovation of a 90 year old duplex that had gone bad with the previous contractor. He went through the property methodically to see what needed to be done and came up with a game plan and estimates. There are far too many details to list in a Google review, but he was thorough, professional, and helped walk us through the many complexities of getting a project of this size and scope completed. Rich did amazing work, from quoting through execution. We needed help on several jobs, from small things like fixing a shed to large projects like an ADU addition onto our house, and he was able to help with all of it. I love his quoting process - he invests a ton of time and energy up front to fully understand the scope of the project, is honest about costs, and is willing to provide options that fit our needs. Rich and his team at RHBCD did an awesome job on our whole home renovation. We remodeled our kitchen, two bathrooms, and added an addition. Rich was with us every step of the way, walking us through the process, timelines, costs. We always felt fully informed, and were presented with options when available.
