I had a small issue with a piece of furniture I purchased, and Kristine Martinez was incredibly helpful. She was very kind, patient, and really took the time to make sure the problem was taken care of. It’s not always easy dealing with these situations, but she made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate her help and great customer service!

I purchased a dinner table about three years ago. Then, a year ago, the table started to peel and scratch. I contacted them and sent them pictures. They said it was a sign of wear and tear. They only sent me a kit that I could try to fix myself. I received the kit, but the color didn’t match the table and looked much worse when I tried to use it. I’m very frustrated because I chose to buy a dinner table in a high-end store thinking I was buying quality, but I wasn’t! I regret not buying at Rooms to Go.

My goodness this furniture store is the biggest store I have ever been in! It has six floors of absolutely beautiful decor for your home if you are looking for ideas or in the market to actually purchase. I think I spent hours in the store just browsing each floor and it was an experience. Go check them out! I really should have taken pictures, but I did not. Next time I will definitely will.

Did not have a good experience! There were no sales associates on any level after the first floor, they were all downstairs talking. We had to go back downstairs to ask someone for help. It took 10 minutes for them to attend to us then after asking if she could go to another level with us, she said we could take pictures and show her. Had to ask again if she would please come with us. She had no interest in helping. They seemed very lazy and not helpful.
