Although the wait was quite long, the interaction with staff was very good. I was impressed with Dr. Amadu’s attention to my reason for coming and potential solutions offered as well as the time he spent. Also, he was friendly with a good sense of humor. Highly recommend him.
Today 7/9/26 was my first visit as a patient, I’m very satisfied with thier service,the PA was so helpful and very friendly... my appointment was at 10:30am n was out within 30mins.. I will recommend RGV Urology to my family & friends..
They explain everything until we understand what they were saying to us and they took their time to explain and a very clean place they treat us so kind
No humans available to talk to patients trying to schedule an appointment, I imagine it would be the same when patients try to speak to someone for any other reason, AI is not a good sign, medical care must remain human otherwise what do we need doctors for if we can simply ask ChatGPT right? I wasted a lot of time providing information to the AI assistant that in the end simply hung up on me without scheduling an appointment, a waste of time....
