Today I visited at 6:00 pm for the second time for a check-up for my teenage son. The person sitting at reception (a nurse) treated me disrespectfully and rudely. What a shame that a professional treats people that way. You're losing out; the competition is big, and there are better options.
Do not go here unless you feel like throwing away some money. They don't have the proper equipment to even diagnose. The dr will look at you, no tests ordered and call you depressed and anxious and go on and say that's whats wrong with you. Not 1 test not even a simple finger prick that every Dr's office has and they call themselves UTGENT care?
Availability good, BUT the downfall is not being to aware when prescribing medicine... my mom went in 2x for UTI never getting better because the medicine was wrong and interfering with her diabetes, almost went it to diabetic shock because it was very high.. so no i don't recommend, only for minor scrapes and cuts
I LOVE this Urgent Care Clinic. My son was seen by Nurse Practitioner Joanna, who was amazing with him! Very kind, gentle, and informative. The nurses & support staff were all very kind and had great customer service care! Facility was very clean and fresh. Highly recommend this clinic.
I had a terrible experience at this urgent care. I did not consent to being evaluated by a nursing student, yet she proceeded to examine me and ended up poking my eardrum, which made my pain much worse. The nurse practitioner then told me it was just allergies and recommended over the counter medication.
