I have been going to rgv urgent care for sometime now. We have never had a bad experience. The staff is very nice and helpful. They take their time, they listen and explain. I highly recommend them. I go to both mcallen and edinburg.
Great staff! I was in the lobby not even for 5 minutes.
It's a horrible place if your ever in pain don't come here. The receptionist in the front desk is the worst dealing with people my pain was a 10 their injection for pain helped for one day I was trying to follow up with the meds and I was unable in a timely manner I took myself to the hospital(I could barley walk)this urgent care sucks big time. Don't go to the urgent care in front of Walmart.
Staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Wait was short and examination was thorough.Treatment was Very satisfactory. Will certainly visit this clinic again if needed. Thank you
