Well I have no words to say, but great job Richard. I was without solar power since Aug. and didn't know who to reach out to. And I get Richards phone call, and now I am back and working. This negative review is due to 1) the owner’s refusal to pay the agreed upon referral fee for a project based on the original agreed upon payment terms and 2) follow through for getting customers taking care of customers in a timely manner. Screenshots show customers still waiting for interconnection and no communication from Isai and his team along with his response after several attempts to get Isai to pay the remaining balance of the referral fee. I had an issue with my solar panels and when I reached out to the installer and I found out that they were out of business. I reached out to RGV solar and explained my situation. They quickly set up an appointment with their technician to come out to my house the very next day. I couldn’t have been more pleased with the service. Today Richard and Ivan came to fix my system. Unfortunately the problem was more serious than I expected. He carefully explained in detail what options I have and what each option entails so that I can then make an informed decision. He was very professional and willing to help me in every way possible.
