dr. rocky salinass fixed my tooth by finishing his work creating a crown then 6 months later, had a pin size cavity under the crown causing excrushiating pain on my molar after visiting the office on 23 he explained it was sure to happen ..what 1700.00, and thats supoose to happen big mistake while walking out the receptionist said it was ok no charge.. redo she (SYLVIA) SAID 1 month later they put it in the credit beurau. Everyone in the office area, where the insurance is dealt with is completely INCOMPETENT!!! ROCKY LAMAR SALINAS IS A GREEDY BUSINESSMAN !!! $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ They will add CHARGES AND FEES and are very deceptive in the manner they give it to you. You will think you are done paying, just to have a rude and very nasty lady add a $500 fee and give you a total B.S. reason for it. Completely unacceptable. Always an amazing experience at RGV Smiles! My son needed emergency dental care, and Dr. Rocky Salinas and his team went above and beyond to take care of him. So I went in for a “Black Friday special” that is 99 bucks for 2 exam and 2 cleanings for two people but I’m just one person. I had the X-rays performed then the dentist went over them, said I had no cavities, but that I had tartar build up. Then he said a staff member would go over a treatment plan-financials , they quoted me $2795 in deep cleaning fees but that as a cash patient it would be around 700 bucks.
