This orthodontist has her staff give one price , then after the service is performed they raise the price by 1,900 more than the original estimate of 5,000. If you pay cash it's 5,000 and if you have insurance it's 6,900 total so you still end up at 5,000 but the dentist ends up with insurance reimbursement. This is bad business, I call this fraud and I don't recommend this business to anybody. There are plenty of orthodontist's that give you a better price and are more experienced. The staff members are easygoing and the facility is spacious with clean stations set in a great layout. Krystal did my molds, scans, and x-rays efficiently while she was answering all of my questions. This was my first time at an orthodontist and I am hooked on this place. Great experience!! 5/5 would recommend.
Well very helpful and have good payment plans no interest and they take you in right away at your appointment time and super fast. Very friendly staff. So far so good on 2nd visit. Hope the service stays same
Staff was always wonderful and accomodating! After 2 yrs plus my daughter has a beautiful smile 😍 The process from the beginning was well explained and in detail with xrays and costs. The assistants were courteous and very welcoming. The office was always clean and decorated beautifully too!
The staff is unbelievably awesome, professional and they go out of their way to always make sure you’re ok. It’s nice and cozy in their waiting area too.
