Front office people are not helpful at all, they sent the wrong documents to specialist after being told exactly what to put on documents. When I called back they told me it wasn’t ready and very rudely hung up on me. I believe her name was amanda. I understand they have a lot of patients but empathy and understanding goes a very long way. You don’t know what someone is going through. Just be kind, do better.

I visited Dr. ORYANA, and my experience was disappointing. I received no meaningful help, feedback or empathy. I ended up being charged for a service that wasn’t provided and seeing the Dr for a total of 5mins. I only had my vitals taken by the nurse (standard practice). I should have been informed they don’t offer the service I needed prior to charging me. I felt like they just wanted money. The only positive note, the nurses were very kind and professional. But overall, I regret booking the appointment.
