I HAVE HAD PASS OFFUCE VISITS WITH DR. ORTIZ. ALWAYS BEEN PROFESDIONAL . AND A GREAT FRIEND.
The worst medical practice I've ever been to. Completely incompetent staff. The woman in billing could not figure out how to properly bill my insurance... and instead of calling BCBS to sort it out and figure out why her claims kept getting denied, she told me that I must have been lying about having medical insurance and that I couldn't be seen until I settled my $1200 balance.
