Update: I am just floored at the blatant lies and/or poor documentation at this clinic. Same inconsistencies being reported and documented in my mother’s chart after my phone call with the manager today after they responded to this review asking me to call Manager Alice. Dr Ortiz always takes her time to explain everything. She shows she cares
I was a patient for over a year and never meet the doctor I dealt with the PA once and everything else was through the phone. I got diagnosed with an auto immune disease over the phone never got an explanation of how to or what to do. Got prescribed high dosage of meds that made me feel sick. Would go in for lab work every 3 months not once speaking to anyone and if I wanted to it had to be over the phone.
