HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT USE THEM. THey were supposed to add a bill payment to my settlement, call my realtor to get it, wrote it on the paperwork and NEVER FOLLOWED THROUGH. Months later I have late fees, and credit card fees to pay this bill because they did not do their ONE JOB properly.
This group performed my closing and deceived me during the process. When I went to sell the property I had to pay a significant amount to correct title issues that RGS should have covered during the initial sale. This is a fraudulent title insurance group also known as Stewart Title.
Great friendly and helpful experience during the stressful process of buying our first house. The entire team was super supportive and answered all of our questions. I would recommend them to a friend!
As a Realtor who has completed many transactions with RGS, they are the best in the business. I strongly disagree with the person who claims they are racist. I have never seen them given any differential treatment to anyone.
