RGS is the most honest, straight forward contractor I’ve ever dealt with. They do exactly what they say and they give you multiple options. From my experience (2 full exterior renovations by them and 2 from others) they do not cut corners and build better than code. I have recommended them to many friends, family and neighbors, and have never had anyone say a bad thing about them or their work. I won’t ever use another contractor for any work on my home. Highly recommend Alex and his team.

Three years ago they did my entire roof, gutters and downspouts also coordinated a contractor to do new siding. It looks amazing! Alex is attentive to any follow up questions and handled everything with the insurance company. It was a smooth and easy transaction! When we decided we needed to reroute one of the downspouts this week. Alex was again very helpful to get the part needed and make the change quickly. Highly recommend!

My roof ended up being a bigger deal than just replacing shingles. All of my deck boards needed to be replaced. Many or most of them were bad and not only did I get all that replaced in a timely manner and excellence of work. But Alex went above and beyond doing extra little things for me. I have referred this company to several people. They are top-notch.

If you need roofing work you can’t do better than Ray Gilbert & Sons. Alex made our roof replacement a good experience from beginning to end. He was friendly, accommodating, responsive to our questions (and we had lots of questions), and most important of all, competent and fair. We felt from the start that we were in good hands.
