Loud unprofessional and messy would not recommend all that noise to leave trash in my door way

They leave leaves all over the place, blowing most of them out into the street, gutter, or into the bushes. Seen today talking on phone rather than working, this is a common occurrence. Once again, rather than pick up the leaves, they blow them behind the bushes to make it “look” like they did work, and was witnessed talking on the phone rather than working and doing their job properly.
