Customer support did respond to my e-mail for help with a failing panel rather quickly, and the support person was polite. The good part stops there. He promised that a microinverter would be sent to my address within 2-4 weeks...no microinverter came. I contacted again when support told me the same thing ("we'll send an inverter, and it will be there in 2-4 weeks")...again, no package has been delivered after 6-weeks. Very positive experience for initial installation. Follow-up service is horrible. Have left many voice mails, message for return calls, etc. No follow-up from RGS. I would not recommend you purchase your solar system through them.
