Deceptive throughout entire process. Outrageous lease clauses, poor communication, countless high fees as well as a complete lack of negotiation. Would falsely portray great interest from the public as a failed attempt in pressuring me to sign. They lied about my deposit as refundable, when it would've not been. I lived in a building under Phil's management for 2 years and he was always quick to help when we needed it. We had our refrigerator break down in the middle of the day during a heatwave, called Phil, and within two hours we had a new fridge in our unit. He even helped us get back the majority of our security deposit - which is unheard of in my many years of renting. Friendly, attentive, and recommended.
