Had a similar experience like James below did with RGP. They installed the HVAC systems in my new Decatur home in 2022 & were pretty solid until my warranty expired. Tried to get them to fix the issue in my mother’s home in Decatur as well for an air flow issue a few months ago. Young kid comes out, takes a look around in the attic for 5 minutes, then says he has to come back with his supervisor. No one ever called us back, tried calling them twice & receptionist says that supervisor will give us a call back, no one ever did... read more
