This place is awful, my son had an appointment at 930, I called twice and was told there was a 15 minute grace period I get there 12 minutes late because there is a blizzard outside but still within the 15 minute grace period. And the provider Sarah still refused to see my soon who's skin is literally bleeding, so I called back to speak witha supervisor and still was told that there is a grace period..This place SUCKS

I have always had a good experience at this practice. But not too long ago I had an appointment there and the physician's assistant came in, introduced herself, and without saying any more, decided on my diagnosis and quickly left the room within not more than 10 minutes. I felt like a lab animal. At another visit, the diagnosis was given to me, but when I went to look in the PA's notes, I could not find any such diagnosis. I needed it for a form I was filling out, and had to go through this whole big thing messaging the PA ... read more
