Royce offers the type of service that many dream about but do not often experience - thorough knowledge, extremely courteous, always available and dependable. He saved and improved my heating system after a series of disappointing providers and has continued with excellent support ever since. Highly recommended!
Royce is a very special tradesman. He is courteous, informative, respectful of clients (and their ignorance). I actually enjoyed his presence as he converted from gas hydronic to a heat pump system. No question was too basic for him to engage in an intelligent and thoughtful manner. What's more, he is a delightful guy who it is a pleasure to have around fixing thing things beyond my competence (not that he rubbed it in)!
Royce is very professional. Very reliable and great service. Explained all the options and provided a great price. Even upgraded the gas line to the unit without charging extra. Very happy we went with him. Great system.
Royce was excellent. 10/10 service. He was recommended to me after another provided suggested I needed a new boiler and didn’t bother looking at the unit properly. Royce took the time and consideration to look at my unit and was able to fix the part for significantly less. Highly recommend his services and he will be my go to moving forward.
Royce came very highly recommended and I now know why! He is methodical, practical, careful, reliable and an extraordinarily hard worker. He is a problem solver and installed hydronic heating in our 17 year old home on a slab in a way that makes it look like it was always there! No damage, no mess.
