Cannot recommend Royce and RGM highly enough. We needed to change from gas to elec heat pump boiler for existing hydronic heating with a tricky installation mounted to a wall at shoulder height. Royce designed and organised the mounting and problem-solved the installation and testing with fantastic attention to detail and ingenuity. We still have the same panels but somehow it seems warmer! Great trade skills and highly intelligent = exceptional result.

Royce installed an hydronic heating system in my house in Shoreham. What a pleasure to deal with Royce. Royce and his dad took pride in their work and constantly thought about how to deliver the best system whilst minimising the visual impact on the house. Royce even fixed my water pump as part of the process. The price was ultra competitive and they used high quality German parts. Royce constantly asked what I wanted and his preparedness to communicate was first class. I wish all tradies were this good.
Royce offers the type of service that many dream about but do not often experience - thorough knowledge, extremely courteous, always available and dependable. He saved and improved my heating system after a series of disappointing providers and has continued with excellent support ever since. Highly recommended!
Royce is a very special tradesman. He is courteous, informative, respectful of clients (and their ignorance). I actually enjoyed his presence as he converted from gas hydronic to a heat pump system. No question was too basic for him to engage in an intelligent and thoughtful manner. What's more, he is a delightful guy who it is a pleasure to have around fixing thing things beyond my competence (not that he rubbed it in)!
