Decent loading time but the check in is cross the street...4 pallets from old building than back to new one for more pallets...2hr loading
I have to admit this company has had terrible reviews and I have had terrible experiences in the past. They are working on improving and today I had a five star experience. Great job.
This place sucks! Had a noon appointment, sat there for 3 hours waiting to get into a dock. Then you gotta wait for them to call to get your paperwork! Avoid this broker at all costs!
By appointment only—please do not arrive earlier. Loading will take approximately 2 hours.
Waited over two hours for paperwork. Highly would not recommend this place. You will wait. Totally not worth it.
