By far one of the most unprofessional inspection I have been on. I am realtor and never once have I witnessed an inspector show up 45 mins late, be dropped off by their mother, show up drunk, vape in-front of clients, and rather than inspect the house.. help decide where to put a tv in the living room. Do not hire RGI for any home inspection. He has proven to be unreliable and completely unprofessional.
I am relocating from a neighboring city to the Rochester area and Rick with RGI Home Inspection was fantastic to work with.
