The Portales Clinic is great! We have only been here twice. Both times the doctors have been very kind, compassionate, and actually care about their patients. The staff are very kind as well. Check in is easy. The only downside is the wait time can be long, but let’s face it, there is usually a long wait no matter where you go. So a wait should be expected.
This was my first visit in RGH Clovis. The people are friendly and there was no wait. I had questions and Dr. North took the time to answer those and never seemed rushed. She truly seemed interested in my care.
RGH staff are friendly and efficient. Appointments are made in a timely manner. Your concerns are listened to and there is follow through. I recommend their clinic to all my friends and family!
