Richard came to my house on a Sunday afternoon after already completing one repair before coming to my place. I had a leak in my kitchen's ceiling and was confused by not knowing where to start from as I couldn't tell where the leak would originate from. Lost some shingles during a recent windstorm. Left a phone message on 10th March and an online request a day later asking for the repair to be done. Never received a response. Wanted to give the business to a Fort Sask company but finished up going to Alf's Roofing, who replied immediately and had the repair done within a few days for a lower cost than they had estimated.
