Lost some shingles during a recent windstorm. Left a phone message on 10th March and an online request a day later asking for the repair to be done. Never received a response. Wanted to give the business to a Fort Sask company but finished up going to Alf's Roofing, who replied immediately and had the repair done within a few days for a lower cost than they had estimated.
Great job fixing/replacing roof at our house in February. We had some leakage issues, Richard and the team got on the work right away and helped us out. Quality work and delivered on his schedule, would recommend for roof and exterior work.
You can really tell that Richard stands by his work and takes pride in what he does. Excellent work and great follow up service. I had a very rare issue with some shingles almost 8 years after original install by him, he came out the same day I called, and made things right. I would not hesitate to use him again on my other buildings.
I highly recommend RGB Exteriors. I spoke with Richard over the phone and right away he understood my problem (bathroom vent leak and attic condensation issues) and scheduled a repair 4 days later. He expertly identified the root causes: improperly installed ducts and low soffit ventilation (most soffits were unvented). He upgraded my roof ventilation with 'turbo' (no moving parts) vents to prevent obstruction after heavy snow, and installed additional intakes to ensure pressure balance.
