Needed a repair to the siding on the second storey of our home after that winter wind storm a week ago. Richard had everything repaired quickly and professionally, while working under some very cold, icy, and windy conditions. Top notch service and much appreciated. Job well done!
Obtained a siding / exterior insulation quote from Rich last winter (months in advance) to begin work Spring 2024. He showed up on the scheduled start date and advised that he messed up on the quote since he didn't actually take any measurements, grossly under-quoted and the job was way too big. We understood (regardless of the fact that our 2100 sq ft home is visibly huge from a block away) and we requested he update the quote with actual measurements. I had a part of my gutter disconnect from my house and RGB exteriors was kind enough to schedule me last minute and come to fix it same day! They did an incredible job securing it, completing the work quickly and easily. The team was kind, communicated well, and was super easy to work with. I would highly recommend them, and will be using them again myself if I ever run into any other issues. Big thanks to Richard and his team for making everything so easy!
