Very helpful and courteous.
They did a very small project for me promptly and with courtesy.
We revised our initial quote to include only removal of the old ceiling and installing the new. The ceiling looks as good as it probably can, under the cicumstances (many wires and pipes to work around). My complaint about a humming junction box was never resolved. Also the finishing was not good. They put the old crown moulding and trim back on in the wrong places and crumbled the plaster while doing so. They were nice guys and pleasant to have in my home, yet the finishing was hurried and unsatisfactory.

This rating is an Insult to my company, I took over a $1000.00 loss on this job just to try accommodate the customer. The humming noise in junction box is electrical and has Nothing to do with the ceiling install. I had plans to return and try fixing the problem once time allowed us to return to the city. We should have just walked away when we seen the job conditions but that's not how i run my business, i took the loss trying to keep customer happy and this is the thanks i get. What I like the most was his honesty, timeliness and professionalism. He came back to check on the job a few days after completion. Wonderful experience.
The job was perfectly done and reasonable. I plan on using them again in the future
They did a great job. There quote was considerably lower than the other bids and the work they did was outstanding. They were able to fit our project in within a week or two where others would not get to it for at least a month. I would highly recommend to others as we are very pleased with how our project turned out.
I received my estimate the same day I called to inquire and the service was provided the following day. The work was done in a timely, professional manner. Work was very neat and clean.
Daryl (RGA) has been prompt, responsive, accommodating, and highly professional in his work for us. The cost seemed a little high, but we will probably call him again if our need is in his area of expertise.
Daryl did a fantastic job beyond our expectations. This was a huge project and he took exceptional care of us with the subcontractors he used. Daryl's skills at patching the drywall and painting are amazing!
