My sister treated me for my birthday to get zappped! We each got the same bracelets and I also treated myself to an anklet. I never knew about being zapped or that there was a store that did that local in San Diego. There was many choices to choose from. The sales associate Isabel, was terrific! She took the time to talk about the bracelet chain differences, style choice and gave great ideas on how to personalize and add charms. She was patient and very knowledgeable. Very pleased and will recommend to friends and family !

I had messaged earlier in the week to ask if they could reattach gold items not purchased from them, and they said yes! I went in yesterday, and met Mia (UTC location). Showed her my pieces that needed reattaching, and she worked with me to get those done. She is such a doll! We spent about an hour together, and I ended up adding a new permanent piece as well as a new necklace! My experience was great, and I will definitely be going back when I’m ready for more pieces! Their items are quality and beautiful!

Absolutely love this store!! I’ve gotten 4 permanent bracelets with them and each time the ladies helping have been so patient and accommodating. I also have a solid gold diamond letter necklace from them and I wear it all day everyday and I’m obsessed with it! Recently got one of their gold filled chains because I wanted to add my own charm to it and the girl working was so helpful in giving me chain recommendations. Love the fact that they can also customize most of their products to fit perfectly to my liking.
