Very short closing.
I would not recommend this company. Seller wanted to use this company to close fast and they did but they did not send wire instructions thru the email to send the wire on time, as well as sending incorrect and automated emails that were confusing. More importantly the company did not make sure the I/I sewer inspection was complete and therefore fell onto me to fix this issue and costs 15,000 dollars and they did not bring this to attention of me at all which they are ethically obligated To do!
