Unfortunately their dyno is useless for tuning. Simply way too inconsistent to gauge gains. Unfortunately I can't go back in time and redo my baseline unless I remove all my mods including a turbo... Money wasted. *added after response: My car had unrealistic gains(Not work performed by shop. Dyno was being used for setting baseline then gains). When asked about the 'correction' factor I was given vague answers and non-answers. And I was never shown all three dyno pulls, or given the numbers.. I wanted them overlaid on each ... read more
My favorite shop! Knowledgeable, honest and excellent service. Sean does a great job tuning on their dyno and the they dont gouge their customers on repair bills.
EDIT: not only did they charge me $750 for inspection, this shop didn't catch a blown diff during the pre purchase inspection costing me thousands more in repairs for parts and labor!!! I've phoned countless times over 3 months and nobody answers the phones at RG Racing. I will be reaching out to consumer protection BC for financial compensation from RG racing for their terrible business practices. I suggest that the owner gives me a call to talk about this!!! I just want to let everyone know that since my last review, I have had my car in the shop 3 more times, all with very very good outcomes. the things that matter very much to me are strengths of this shop 1) Every time I bring my car there, they start working on it that day. none of this "excuse of the day" BS that I suffer with so many other places. 2) Every time I get my car back, the timeline and cost is very inline with what I was hoping for 3) the invoices I get have more line-items/details than other shops I've personal... read more
