RG Plumbing Skills Corp is, hands down, the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Unorganized, unprofessional, and somehow managed to make my plumbing problems even worse. I wouldn’t let them fix a dripping faucet in a dollhouse.

Estoy muy decepcionado con el trabajo y la experiencia en general. Inicialmente contacté a Roberto para hablar sobre los problemas con el trabajo realizado, con la esperanza de encontrar una solución, pero solo empeoró las cosas. Cuando hablé con él por teléfono, me insultó y se comportó de forma totalmente poco profesional cuando le hablé. Sinceramente, estoy muy decepcionado con mi experiencia. Roberto fue completamente poco profesional y complicó la situación. No parecía tomarse nada en serio y no manejó las cosas como yo esperaría de un entorno profesional. Es frustrante cuando esperas un servicio competente y te tratan como si no importara. Si bien algunos aspectos estuvieron bien, el trato de Roberto eclipsó todo lo demás.

These people are disgusting. A bunch of dirty Mexicans trying to half ass a simple job. One of them smelled like liquor. We had to politely kick them out and just hire someone else.

Why are these people so rude is like they don’t want to work I’ve never seen a plumbing company ask for tip after taking forever to get the job done and proceeds to get angry after I my wife says no and slammed the door and just walked out super unprofessional I’ll make sure to try some other way next time this was unacceptable

I called Roberto to fix a small leak under my sink, and honestly, it turned into a nightmare. He came in, barely looked at the problem, and just started tinkering without explaining anything. By the time he left, the leak was worse, and now I’m dealing with water stains on my cabinet. I expected a simple repair, not more damage. Definitely not someone I’d trust again. 😬

I rarely write reviews, but I felt I had to warn others. I hired Roberto for a plumbing job, and the experience was extremely frustrating. He seemed unprepared, and didn’t communicate clearly about the work that needed to be done. The job took far longer than expected, and I ended up having to fix several issues he either overlooked or did incorrectly. Overall, the lack of professionalism and attention to detail was really disappointing. I would not recommend him. 👎

This was hands down one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. What started as a minor plumbing issue somehow turned into a bigger problem due to careless, sloppy work. Instead of fixing it properly, the plumber rushed through the job and left things worse than before. On top of that, his attitude was nasty and unprofessional, as if my questions were an inconvenience. I would give zero stars if that were an option. This plumber showed up late, seemed completely unprepared, and spent more time making excuses than actually fixing anything. What was supposed to be a simple repair turned into a bigger problem because of sloppy work and poor communication. I was left with a mess, no clear explanation of what was done, and a bill that did not match the quality of service at all.
