We had a blocked drain in our backyard and R&G Plumbing reached out very quickly. Jeremy gave us a fair quote for jet blasting, so we went ahead. Zac came out and was fantastic. When the jet blasting didn’t work, he found the pipe was completely blocked by long roots and a hole in the pipe Initially, it looked like the floor would need to be dug up for a 1.5 day job$$, which we couldn’t afford. Dishonest . When the guy tells you he has to charge a little more, make sure what you actually have to pay. That little more was 1.5x more on top of what I have paid . I wouldn’t use them again

Jack from R&G Plumbing has been an absolute pleasure to deal with. He and his team did an excellent job at short notice on my blocked sewer. Always professional, always pleasant, hard working, and they stuck to their quote even when they encountered difficulties getting the pipe lined. I've now engaged Jack and the team to do more work on another property because they are so easy to work with!
