Ordered a small part from them. Never got a confirmation email, even tho they processed the payment. Never got the product and they never returned my phone call. Will not do business with again
Great customer service at RG group in York. Mark is so helpful and always has a smile on his face when I come in and need something made for the shop (which is often) Another great thing about them --- They almost 100% of the time can make what we are looking for unlike other places here in the area. If they can't - Mark will point me in the right direction for what I need help with so we can get our drivers on the road and moving. Thank You RG GROUP - Lola
