Walked in to ask a simple question and immediately got the most rude and dismissive response. Literally horrible customer service like I get you might be stressed but that’s no way to talk to a stranger that could be a future customer. Never coming or recommending this place, that’s for sure !
I am so disappointed and disgusted with the way my girlfriend was treated at this shop. I ordered these flowers on uber hoping to surprise my girlfriend with an early mother’s day gift, what was purchased was nowhere near the quality or even colors I received. I asked uber for a refund before asking the store but uber stated that the store would be more than glad to exchange there.
