Bought earrings here and later realized both piece were damaged. I immediately sent a video, and the seller first agreed to exchange it. However, after I mentioned I was moving out of the province and couldn't come back, they refused both an exchange and a refund. Very disappointing customer service and poor handling of a genuine issue. I wouldn't recommend this place. She sold me damaged earrings for 20$
