Randy was awesome! Although we were not a current customer, I called him on a Saturday inquiring about snow removal services given the recent weather. He came same day and saved us and our driveway so our oil company who was coming the next day could get in. His communication was great, after we confirmed in the morning, he sent me messages of updates regarding what time he would arrive.
