I went here several months ago after remembering that my daughter had originally gone there for her mattresses so I figured I’d give it a try. This used to be a small thrift store too so I was familiar with the location. The help was great and friendly, I can’t remember his name but he knew exactly what I was looking for and I made a purchase in less than 10 minutes!! He also delivered the same day after 6. I was pleased with everything that transacted.

Customer service like this doesn’t exist in most businesses, and essentially big-box mattress stores. I knew nothing about mattresses and dreaded shopping. Mr. Richard quickly boiled down the choices without overwhelming me. Then he asked me a few questions about my preferences and sleep style; I answered briefly. Richard and Cole provided exceptional customer service, helping me to decide the perfect mattress and giving me a great package deal with pillows and high quality sheets. They delivered everything the next day on time. I slept like a baby on my first night and it’s perhaps the most comfortable, dream-sanctuary I have ever had. I highly recommend RFO Mattress if you’re in the market for a mattress. Not only you get a great deal but awesome customer service that is rare to find these days.
