Customer service like this doesn’t exist in most businesses, and especially big-box mattress stores. I knew nothing about mattresses and dreaded shopping. Mr. Richard quickly boiled down the choices without overwhelming me. Then he asked me a few questions about my preferences and sleep style; I answered briefly. I went here several months ago after remembering that my daughter had originally gone there for her mattresses so I figured I’d give it a try. This used to be a small thrift store too so I was familiar with the location. The help was great and friendly, I can’t remember his name but he knew exactly what I was looking for and I made a purchase in less than 10 minutes!! He also delivered the same day after 6. I was pleased with everything that transacted.
