Took an aerial yoga class here last week and the instructor made fun of me multiple times in front of everyone….as if hanging from fabric from the ceiling is a common skill for people to have? Not sure why she felt the need to embarrass me but it made me cry during the class, which just made things worse... I’m only giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the other instructor, Jake, is really good. It’s a shame because I’d like to return to take his classes but I feel like I can’t come back here.

The BEST Fitness Experience I’ve ever had in 62 years!!! Aerial Yoga with Roya has changed my life & healed my body! The classes, the FUN vibe, music, and healing energy are highlights of this world class studio!
