Went to them a while ago. The workout concept is interesting, but I found the class structure to be oddly organized and not particularly effective from a fitness standpoint. As a fitness instructor, I felt the programming lacked flow and purpose, making it difficult to see how it would consistently deliver results. When I first went to RF fitness, Sid was very welcoming and helpful. Since then I have been attending Juliette’s barre class and I absolutely love it! It is challenging and Juliette is always very encouraging and kind. If you take a barre class here you will not regret it, you will be feeling it in the best ways over the next few days.
Such a great studio! I absolutely love the class offerings here. It’s refreshing to find a place with a schedule that's so different from other studios in the area. The bounce class is a personal favorite and always so much fun. On top of the great workouts, the customer service is wonderful. Highly recommend!
I’ve been coming to RF Studio Miami through Gym Pass, and I can honestly say this place has become one of my favorite wellness spaces in Miami. From the moment you walk in, the energy feels warm, welcoming, and uplifting.
