Wow, what a class! Roya's energy is absolutely infectious and she brings the whole room to life. Yes, this workout is tough, but she makes it feel like a breeze with her killer guidance and constant encouragement. Friendly, helpful, and just an absolute powerhouse of an instructor. I left buzzing, not wiped out, and I am already counting down the days until I'm back 💯🤩

I did my first bungee fitness class today with Roya. She was so friendly and hosted an amazing class. She’s a great instructor and is truly passionate about everyone being safe, having fun, and getting a good workout in. The class was a great time and I even booked again. There were people of all ages in the class and everyone did well! Parking is paid and can be found across the street in a lot or paid on the street.

I booked the bungee class at RF Studios for my bachelorette weekend and it was such a hit. Definitely the highlight of the weekend! The team at RF was so responsive and easy to work with, we booked a private class and they made it so special, offered us champagne, and prepared a video for us. Roya and Sid were so nice and made the experience fun and easy. And don't be fooled, this is a REAL workout!! We will definitely be back!!!

I was also disappointed by my interaction with staff. when I raised a few safety concerns, the response felt unnecessarily hostile. The man at the front desk (don’t know his name) was dismissive and rude rather th... read more
