I enjoyed myself so much. I came in town to celebrate myself for graduating from my program and to release some old energy and bring in some new. These classes were the perfect addition to our Ladies weekend in Miami! We were looking for a bungee fitness class and also got to take the aerial pilates class. Jake was amazing. Full of energy and helped everyone, even us beginners, feel comfortable. Very welcoming environment. Loved it!
MOST INCREDIBLE EXPERIENCE. if you were double thinking it, do NOT. please give it a try. I have a lower back injury and I thought I was gonna walk out with back pain. I DID NOT. Vibes were immaculate, space is clean. The owner is so passionate about what she does I would recommend this place 100x OVER. Thank you for the most ass kicking class. Had a blast will be back.
