I am in the best shape of my life! I think it's bc this studio has a wide variety of amazingly effective classes. I'm trying new things all the time, like Aerial Stretch and Yoga classes using silk hammocks. And flying through the air in Bungee classes. My new obsession is bouncing to awesome music in a club-like environment in Rebound classes. She has a remarkable ability to push you to achieve more than you thought possible. Her classes help you feel supported, challenged, and healthy, both mentally and physically. I can’t say enough good things about RF Studios Miami and Roya. From the moment I walked in, the team was welcoming, professional, and genuinely focused on delivering quality results. Roya is incredibly knowledgeable, thoughtful, and genuinely passionate about what she does. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and their results. Safety concerns I experienced after one visit. Once you arrive at this place, you are asked to sign a waiver. The waiver could not be printed onsite and it was not shared ahead of time. I was told by the teacher that I COULD NOT refuse to sign/complete the waiver. Furthermore, they asked for an ID and took a picture to keep in their system without my consent (which I found out later when I asked). This created tension.
