I have used Cory twice now and both times have been great. He was quick to answer questions and let us know what to expect during the transaction. And if some form needed attention he let us know right away. I highly recommend him for property sales.
We really enjoyed working with David and Jamie Quigg. They did a great job for us and made it fun.
If I were able to give six stars, I would gladly give it to David. We three owners of the building worked with David for the last 1-2 years to sell our building. I cannot tell you how many hurdles we come across due to our own conflicts and David never lost patience. He tried to resolve the conflict, which was not his job, but he went above and beyond. We highly recommend Jamie Quigg, she is a fantastic realtor! She was with us every step of the way and extremely helpful dealing with lender questions, getting information that we didn't have access to and getting back to us or the lender quickly. She kept us updated each step of the way, letting us know what was happening and what the next steps would be. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better realtor! If you're buying or selling your home, you'll be happy that you chose Jamie Quigg!
David and Jamie were the best to work with. So fun, personable and knowledgeable. They explained every step of the selling process so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend them for all of your real estate needs!!
