This complex was nice when we first moved in but after some changes in management it is horrible. Maintenance requests are not answered and management needs to be hunted down in order to get any action on anything. The pool is out of commission just as much as it is in service. Even when it is in service, I am hesitant to use it as I was made aware that this complex has two violations with the city for the water conditions. Worst place to live. They don’t keep the property looking nice. Pool is closed half the summer. Management is a joke they don’t care about anything else other than collecting rent. Don’t waste your money
The property management company is TERRIBLE. Reactive instead of proactive. Doesn't care about the residents or anything that happens in the community. Constant theft issues, property not being maintained, no notice about anything like water shut offs, pool maintenance, or property maintenance. They even allowed the community next door to use our lot at a valet parking lot... taking away from resident parking in our already limited amount of space. Avoid properties managed by CAM Properties like the plague!!!!!!
