This guy is the definition of a slumlord, I've had multiple problems in my apartment for years and every time I bring it up to him he tells me he's getting somebody on but nothing gets done! He's quick to take your money and makes little effort to fix anything even his maintenance man says that Ted doesn't allow him to fix what needs to be fixed!
Ted Higginson is one of these rare brokers who truly puts his clients first. Having both purchased and sold a home using Rezendes Real Estate, I can’t imagine ever using another broker. He knows the business inside and out. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
I've bought two houses with Ted and could not be happier, would recommend to anyone.
