From the moment I walked in I could see how caring the staff was. My wait wasn’t long at all. The dental assistant/hygienist was absolutely amazing!! She was kind, compassionate, and made feel seen and heard. Dr. Naylor was just as kind and compassionate. He listened to every word I had to say and was very thorough. I am so unbelievably grateful for everything they did for me today and the way they treated me as a person.
The dentist and tech staff are great! Very nice and thorough. The wait in between the tech staff and dentist was a bit long, so the appointment took longer than expected though. I made a follow up appointment for my son when we were there for the following week, which I decided I need to change so I called the office when I got home, about 10 minutes after we left, and I left a detailed message. That was Monday. It’s now Tuesday evening and I still have not received a call back.
I can’t say enough good things about Reynoldsburg Dental Center! Everyone, from the front desk staff and office manager to the hygienists and Dr. Naylor, is so kind, welcoming, and professional. You can truly tell they care about their patients and take the time to make you feel comfortable every step of the way. It’s such a great team, and I’m always thankful for the care I receive. I highly recommend them!
*** WARNING WARNING WARNING ***BEWARE OF THIS OFFICE !!!!!. Their exceptionally unprofessional and Bordering Criminal behavior. Treating patients terribly. Theres alot of miscommunication and they used secret appointment schedualing as a method to get rid of patients they've mistreated. Setting appointments we knew nothing about just to say we missed these appointments because they knew they made some very serious mistakes. Today's experience was great. The office is extremely clean and the atmosphere is comforting and the staff is welcoming. It was reassuring to me knowing that I had selected the right dentist to take care of my dental needs. Dr. Naylor, provided details of the dental procedure and made sure that all of my questions were answered throughly.
