THE BEST I have been taking my pets to RAH for over 40 years. I would not trust my dogs to any other vets. I especially like Dr. Tonne and Dr. Dickerson (before he retired). I've taken my pets in and have seen the other doctors and they too are great. They all take time with the animals and talk to them and also take time with the owners and answer any questions you may have. I have had emergencies and was told "just to bring your dog in now." Great doctors Our family has been coming here for twenty years. The vets are awesome. The receptionists and one of the vet-techs however leave a little bit to be desired. One morning my dog had a seizure before office hours started. Instead of driving 45 minutes to the emergency dog hospital, we brought our dog by here since we knew surgeries started early. They immediately brought us in and saw our dog. I would bring my animals no where else.
Best in the Business We have taken our dog to RAH for more than 12 years. Never once did we have bad service or rude people. They have always spent as much time as needed with us. It doesn't matter which of the Vets that you deal with all are very pleasant and caring. When we recently had to put our beloved dog down due to having cancer, the staff were the best in caring for him and reassuring us that we were doing the right thing. Longtime patient, love, love, love them! I've been going here with my boxers for the last five + years and have always been treated with the utmost respect. I love going here because everyone truly loves the animals that come through the door. They are always courteous and eager to help. The cost is so reasonable compared to every other vet i've been to. They're not there to fill their pockets, but to treat our pets and I love them for that. I tell everyone I know to go there and would recommend it to anyone on this site!
Dirty Office: The animal hospital is very unclean. Even though the building is old it doesn't need to reflect uncleanliness. With the numerous Vets located at this business I'm surprised at the disorganization of scheduling and recordkeeping. Appointments are always overbooked, recordkeeping is outdated (no computer system), returned calls from the Vet regarding surgeries and routine visits are slow. I loved that place as well!! Hi, I recently move to Columbus and was looking online for a vet around my area, cause im currently living in Whitehall and have a dog and a cat. As soon as i saw the first review on this page, i wrote the phone number down to call and check prices for shots. Between the 3 places i called, "Reynolsburg Animal Hospital LLC" was surpriselly way cheaper than the others, and also, the guy on the phone was really helpfull and with all the information i needed. OVERBOOKS - DIRTY- POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE We waited 2 hours because they tried to book everybody the same eve and walk ins were coming ahead of us that had appts. The lobby is very dirty and the women at the reception desk are very rude and talk about other people in the waiting room. Very poor customer service and the vets there are so overbooked they don't take the time needed to really examine your pet.
Awesome Vets & caring staff I have been taking my animals to RAH now for > 10 years. My animals have been treated by everyone of the Vets on staff and I couldn't ask for better care. The staff has always been more then accommodating. Yes, I was probably one of those "walk ins" when my dog was hit by a car and was told to "come right in" . I wouldn't go anywhere else. 5 stars!
Love them!! We became patients at this animal hospital a few months ago, and have had a really great experience. Our mastiff has some health issues cropping up, and these guys and gals have been wonderful and supportive. We would highly recommend this group of doctors and their staff to anyone!
